Hello Parents!
Please take a moment to fill out this form as soon as possible (By 8/13) concerning a potential Afterschool Program at Chatham Christian Academy.
Approximate time for Afterschool Care would be 2:30 to 5:30 daily. While payment would include full-time care, students would not be required to stay the entirety of the program each day. The cost of Afterschool Care at CCA will be determined based on the number of students. Minimally the cost will be $50 per week.
